Shipping policy
SHIPPING
Orders will ship via priority or economy (select at checkout). Customer is responsible for shipping cost. Shipping will occur within 5-10 days after order placement. We only have 2 people working, so it can take a bit longer for things to get packaged and shipped. If a shipping label is created on the weekend, it will email you saying that your order has "shipped", but will not be shipped out until the next business day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customer will be responsible for shipping charges. Please note that all international purchases are final. International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. All international orders can take up to 4 weeks to reach its destination. If your package is not tracking or seems lost, please contact your postal service.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an item has shipped and issued a tracking number, we cannot be held liable for lost packages. Lost or missing packages will not be refunded or replaced. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS office or carrier, as they are often able to locate the package for you. We have no control over this once it leaves our facility.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please reach out to hello@karingforpostpartum.com with inquiries.
ORDER CHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change orders after they have been placed.
